Brian has devoted the majority of his practice to defending insurance companies and their insureds from various causes of action involving civil lawsuits concerning insurance coverage issues, premises liability, motor vehicle accident liability and bad faith insurance litigation. He is licensed to practice in the State of Mississippi, the State of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, The United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates having tried over 60 cases during his legal career and past-chairman of the Litigation Section for the Mississippi Bar. Brian resides in Oxford with his wife Amanda and his two sons, Henry and Howard. When not engaged in the practice of law, Brian serves on the Board of Alderman for the City of Oxford representing Ward 3.
